Who is Balaena Health?

Balaena Health is a U.S.-based ecommerce startup dedicated to longevity-focused dietary supplements and holistic wellness solutions. Our mission is to help adults 40+ build and sustain strength, energy, and confidence so you can keep doing what you love for decades to come.

Where are products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in a U.S. facility that strictly adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. This ensures the highest standards of quality, purity, and potency in every batch.

How does Balaena Health ensure product quality?

We are committed to an unwavering standard of integrity. Our approach includes using holistic, research-backed, multi-ingredient blends and subjecting all content and claims to a rigorous Science Advisor and Compliance Review.

Are your products safe to take with other supplements or medications?

Our products are formulated for healthy adults. However, we always recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking any medications.

​​What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner’s Club and Discover as well as digital payment options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. We utilize industry-standard, secure, and encrypted payment processing systems to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at orders@balaenahealth.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We can only guarantee modifications or cancellations if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed for shipping.

Shipping

Where does Balaena Health ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. Balaena Health reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address or to modify shipping destinations at any time without prior notice. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state regulations.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges. This offer applies only to standard shipping and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Balaena Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours (M-F), subject to product availability. Once shipped, Standard Delivery usually takes an additional 3-5 business days for most U.S. locations. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volumes. Balaena Health is not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website at the email address you provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and to check your spam/junk folders. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active. Failure to receive a tracking email does not relieve you of responsibility for the order or entitle you to a refund. You may contact customer service to obtain tracking information if you do not receive the automated email.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-Day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our product for any reason, just return it within 90 days of the delivery date and we will issue a refund for the full purchase price (less shipping cost). To be eligible for a return, you must return the item unused or with no more than 30% of the product consumed, in its original packaging with all labels intact. You'll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase. Opened products that show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for return. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@balaenahealth.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the product back.

Who pays for return shipping for a return?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a damaged item). Claims of damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. Balaena Health reserves the right to verify all claims before authorizing company-paid return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process approved refunds within 5-7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
